​Welcome! Bayside Admin & Bookkeeping are here to make managing your business finances simple, stress-free, and efficient. Based in Manly, Queensland, we proudly service clients Australia-wide, providing expert bookkeeping and BAS agent services tailored to suit your needs.
As a small, dedicated team led by Lauren, we bring over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and financial management to every client we work with. Starting in 2014 as a virtual assistant business called Your Write Hand Assistant, we’ve evolved into a bookkeeping practice passionate about helping businesses thrive.
Lauren’s background as an NDIS plan manager means we have a particular interest in supporting NDIS and allied health providers. We understand the unique challenges in these industries and offer tailored solutions to help businesses succeed.
Our approach is grounded in three core values: flexibility, honesty, and relationships. Being a small team allows us to provide a personal touch, adapting to your specific requirements while building strong, genuine relationships. Our Bayside Admin offices are located in the Sage Room Co-op where Lauren Micale is one of the directors.
The Sage Room Co-op is a collective of small businesses working together, as highly independent and interdependent businesses, to grow each and all of our businesses, whilst expanding our impact.

We want to showcase how small businesses can work effectively together through collaboration rather than competition, to achieve growth and impact beyond what would be possible as individuals whilst also maintaining the flexibility of independence.
We create spaces, services and products that stimulate work-life integration – supporting well-being over small-business burn out. We challenge traditional ways of thinking around how we should work – to live life sustainably, ethically and consciously whilst holding commitment to quality and outstanding results.

We choose to base ourselves within our local area and both individually and collectively contribute to the broader community through using local businesses first and actively engaging with local community organisations.
We foster a mindset of creativity, integrity and spacious choice through leveraging strengths of different individuals. Together we have grown our businesses, ourselves and our community; the Sage Room aims to share this experience and expertise to support you and your business to grow, towards the life you choose.
Our co-founders at MGLA had a clear vision: to revolutionise how we perceive quality and compliance. They were tired of companies who claimed to be compliant but were clueless about what it actually meant. So, they decided to make a difference.
